Return Policy for Winwear Apparel Co.

At Winwear Apparel LLC, every item is custom-made upon order to ensure high quality and unique style. Because of this, all sales are considered final, with returns only accepted under specific circumstances outlined below.

Conditions for Return

We understand that issues may arise during the printing process. Returns and refunds are only accepted if:

  • The item has a clear printing error (e.g., incorrect design, incorrect size/placement of design).
  • The item is damaged upon arrival due to printing or production errors, confirmed with photographic evidence.

Return Process

To initiate a return due to a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to provide the following:

  1. Order Number: Found in your order confirmation email.
  2. Photos of the Error: Including close-ups and full images of the affected area(s).

Our team will review your request and determine if it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customer errors in choosing the size, color, or other order details.
  • General dissatisfaction not related to printing or production defects.
  • Normal wear and tear after usage.

Additional Information

Approved returns will receive either a replacement item or a refund for the defective item only. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
