  • Our products are custom-made upon order, and all sales are final (see Section 6, “Returns and Refunds”).
  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order. Failure to do so may result in order delays or cancellations.
  • By placing an order, you affirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Winwear Apparel Co. website—including designs, text, images, and graphics—is the property of Winwear Apparel LLC Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
  • The term “Moneyline,” along with any associated custom designs or collections, are protected trademarks of Winwear Apparel LLC Unauthorized use of these marks may result in legal action.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible; production times may vary based on demand and availability.
  • Winwear Apparel LLC partners with third-party fulfillment centers for printing and shipping. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Winwear Apparel LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties once the order is shipped.

5. Billing and Payments

  • All prices on our website are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Winwear Apparel LLC does not store your payment information.
  • In the event of a billing dispute, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Final Sale Policy: All items are custom-made to order, making all sales final unless there is a printing error or production defect.
  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted in cases of verifiable printing errors or product defects. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item, along with photographic evidence.
  • Non-Returnable Conditions: Returns are not accepted for sizing, color choices, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to printing or production defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Winwear Apparel LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including any errors or omissions in content or delays in the delivery of products.
  • In no event shall Winwear Apparel LLC liability exceed the purchase price of the products purchased.
